Reliance is committed to compliance with all national and international data protection and privacy laws and regulations (such as the EU GDPR), maintaining appropriate procedures and work instructions.

Privacy Statement

Personal data held on customers and other relations is classified as Confidential and Personnel data is classified as MT-Confidential, in line with the classification levels set out in our ISMS.

The policy applies to all personal data held by the company, including on servers, desktop computers, (wireless) notebook computers, tablets and smartphones. A Record of what personal data is held, where we store it and why, is kept in a Privacy Information Processing Register.

All staff is provided with training to ensure that they understand Reliance’s policy and the procedures it has put into place to implement that policy.

A disciplinary process will be invoked in circumstances where this policy may have been transgressed.

Procedures how Reliance complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens (WBP) are also described in the ISMS.

So-called ‘bewerkersovereenkomsten’ (processing agreement) are agreed with all third parties handling personal and/or personal data for or on behalf of Reliance.

Reliance is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
